Static flow settings can’t keep up with dynamic server loads. That’s where automatic balancing valves come in. Installed throughout the cooling loop, these valves respond to pressure changes in real time, adjusting flow as needed to maintain optimal thermal balance.



4. Maximize CRAC/CRAH Unit Efficiency


Even with the best airflow management, poorly calibrated CRAC and CRAH units can undermine the system. Ensure they are properly matched to the load, and use sensors to monitor temperature and humidity at multiple points—not just return air.
