The Design Engineer supports the Engineering team in product design, improvement, and manufacturing methods. This position is responsible for the development and evaluation of new processes and involved in making improvements to current process capabilities. The Regional Sales Manager – Hays represents Hays Fluid Controls directly to the customers in an assigned geographic region and/or assigned set of customers.

IT Specialist

Dallas, NC, USA

Under general direction, the IT Specialist is responsible for IT related items in a medium size manufacturing environment to include, but not limited to troubleshooting workstations, mobile devices, and computer peripherals while maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction. This role will require a broad understanding of networking and level of knowledge for commonly used IT systems onsite and will interface regularly with the larger IT group at the corporate headquarters to support IT objectives. This role requires the incumbent to effectively interface with clients and coworkers at all levels of the organization providing superior customer service with a positive attitude.
