We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support the Engineering team in product design, improvement, and manufacturing methods. This position is responsible for the development and evaluation of new processes and involved in making improvements to current process capabilities. The successful candidate will be capable of leading multiple projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment and focus on results-oriented approach. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end product development: design, prototype, test, and launch
Drive continuous improvement in products and manufacturing processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and vendors
Analyze prototypes and test data to develop innovative solutions
Improve efficiency through workflow, tooling, and process enhancements
Create engineering drawings, specifications, and reports
Manage timelines and present project updates to leadership
support sales with technical expertise and customized solutions
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
US Citizen
5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of machine, casting, forging, and manufacturing processes
Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office
Self-starter with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
US Citizen
5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

Additional Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
