Customer Service Representative I
Hays Fluid Controls, seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative to respond to and meet the needs of customers. Typical tasks are focused on order entry, order status, product information, account status, pricing, product availability or service.
To be successful in this role, excellent customer service will be an inherent trait, as well as fantastic communication skills with both internal and external customers. A strong sense of organization and follow through, along with a driven, self-motivated persona are ideal. The candidate must possess a good mechanical aptitude with ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Previous customer service experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Inside Sales Manager
Hays Fluid Controls seeks an Inside Sales Manager for the Dallas, NC location. The Inside Sales Manager will be a contributing member of and manage a team of Customer Service and Technical Inside Sales Reps. This role will be the advocate of the customer and be responsible for coordinating all inside sales and customer service functions. Instrumental in accelerating our growth from an inside sales perspective. A positive, proactive and optimistic problem-solving approach is required. Applies experience and judgment to satisfy customer needs. A technical background and/or mechanical aptitude will be required. Works closely with Sales Management on all sales related activities. Member of Leadership Team reporting to the President of Hays Fluid Controls.
The ideal candidate will be hands on with a continuous improvement mentality and a passion for serving our customers. They will coordinate among a variety of groups. They will seek out and pursue opportunities to grow our business and support the outside sales efforts. Technical Inside Sales Representative
Hays Fluid Controls seeks a Technical Inside Sales Rep for the Dallas, NC location. The Technical Inside Sales Representative is a technical representative responsible for responding to and meeting the needs of customers in accordance with company policies and procedures. Professionally handles requests for information from customers, primarily surrounding issuing quotations, but may also involve technical inquiries from customers regarding product application and usage – easily handling the most technical and complex service questions. This position is accountable for providing timely and accurate quotations to customers by following established department procedures and company policies. This position assists outside sales and external customers by performing a variety of sales related duties including answering basic to moderately technically complex customer inquiries, direct sales order entry, furnishing quotations, developing submittals, maintaining literature and providing product availability to customers and outside sales.
